Thank you to The Diamond Cellar and Jeanne Doyle for the excellent service we have received recently. This past week I lost a diamond out of my ring and we drove two hours to TDC to have it repaired. Not only did they repair it, but also soldered my bands together and did it all within a few hours so that we would not have to make an additional trip to pick it up! Steve Remias is a quality sales manager that did an excellent job meeting our needs. The engagement ring and custom band that we chose are both beautiful and of great quality. Steve is so friendly, listened to our requests, and gave such great advice and service. We both felt the store was welcoming and we were extremely comfortable each time we stepped foot in the door.
Steve Ramais made the process of finding the right engagement ring easy, I knew nothing when I started and now I feel like an expert all thanks to Steve. I don't live in Columbus and yet after meeting Steve, the only person I wanted to buy my fiancé engagement ring was from him.
