My wife had damaged her engagement ring and weeding bands at work and was just devastated about it as they meant so much to her. Daniel and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Daniel is a pro! I am a relatively new watch collector and so my knowledge is limited. I explained to Daniel what I was looking for and he nailed it on the first try. Sure I had a few other options to look at but he knew what the right watch for me was. On top of that I learned a lot about watches. I will only buy from Daniel Gordon.
I had the absolute best experience working with Hanan to get an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I let her pick out the band, and I did the rest of the work. Hanan worked with me over the course of six months to get everything taken care of and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring salesperson to assist me. Two years after having my ring designed by a reputable jeweler in Columbus and deciding I didn't care for it, I thought I would go to Diamond Cellar. Sarah Schaffner and Scott Duncan met with me on three separate occasions to make sure they designed the perfect heirloom ring I could enjoy for a lifetime. I needed a last min Valentine's Day gift this year. The funny thing is, I didn't even know it until @DanGordon put a link to some great ideas from his twitter account. I engaged him about one of the items and he quickly got in touch with me via email, held the right size and personally made sure all my needs were met including having it gift wrapped.
