Dan's online presence makes me a) browse Diamond Cellar more often; b) go into the store more often; c) buy more often! I saw diamond earrings on one of his posts and within an hour had purchased them and was headed home. That online post took me from not even considering buying myself jewelry to a purchase in that short amount of time. Keep it up!

I worked with Steve Remais and he was great. I'd done my homework and shopped 2-3 stores around Columbus along with some online reserach b/f going into DC. Steve was conscious of my budget and gave me plenty of option that other stores didn't even offer. I went in with the thought of getting one watch to make a family heirloom to pass on and I ended up with two. It was a great experience and my wife loved it when i surprised her. I want to thanks Steve and the DC.

Steve Remias was such a wonderful and knowledgeable consultant when it came to picking out the perfect engagement ring! He really took his time in answering ALL my questions and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend asking for Steve if you visit the Sawmill Rd location. I know I'll be a customer of his for life!!!!

My wife had damaged her engagement ring and weeding bands at work and was just devastated about it as they meant so much to her. Daniel and the rest of the staff were great to work with. They handled the insurance end of things and rebuilt the entire ring. When I gave it back to wife she looked at it and said it was prettier than it was before!! Daniel is a pro! I am a relatively new watch collector and so my knowledge is limited. I explained to Daniel what I was looking for and he nailed it on the first try. Sure I had a few other options to look at but he knew what the right watch for me was. On top of that I learned a lot about watches. I will only buy from Daniel Gordon.

I had the absolute best experience working with Hanan to get an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I let her pick out the band, and I did the rest of the work. Hanan worked with me over the course of six months to get everything taken care of and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring salesperson to assist me. Shopping for a piece of jewelry? Head straight to Diamond Cellar and ask for Daniel Gordon! I owned a stone of great sentimental value, but of not-so-great quality.
