Sales people are a joy to work with, but the service department is terrible. I live about an hour away from Dewey and came to purchase a used Jeep Liberty for a decent price on a Thursday, everyone in sales was very friendly and courteous. Was told they need to do a safety inspection since they just got the vehicle in and should be able to pick it up tomorrow (Friday). Once again they take advantage of the younger adults. This time a slow leaking tire cost my 17 year old son $112 when NEW tire is $50! Told kid fix was $77 then added other fees. Nick Reachable. Can you even enter into a contract like this with a 17 year old? Don't think so. This after fixing.....not fixing dash of daughters car a few months ago thats still NOT fitting properly and when calls have been made to go back and fix it it a 3rd time nobody calls back. I originally had a poor car buying experience that was turned into a terrible experience in dealing with Dewey's Customer Advocacy Manager in which I was bullied and lied to, and accused of libel and "eluding to extortion" (I have since shown the entire exchange to a lawyer I know who says both accusations are false) After originally complaining in the store the night I bought my car, I was given 3 free oil changes.
