Crappy!!! One and a half hour for an oil change is ridiculous!! The guys act like they don't have a clue. One responded with I am the only one who ever answers the phone around here and I don't know where anyone is. Very unprofessional. We will go somewhere else next time and buy our cars elsewhere
Seriously Randy is your guy! No pressure and really chill. Honest and if he doesn't know an answer he finds out quickly for ya. I usually hate car salesman but Randy is not the usual cars salesman.

I went to dewey with my son because his $30,000 jeep broke down again, they decided they had to put new motor in it! Thank god it was still under warranty but they wont warranty new motor! They said well it brand new i said you can get a crate motor thats defective and whos to say mechanic did everything right! I would never buy anything from them most everybody that works there looks like a bunch of judgemental snobs! They arent friendly, and act like your bothering them. Employees to rude for my liking!
I went in trying to get a newer car for my trade in. Almir took me in with open arms and truly showed what customer service was all about. I had a tight budget and the financial department, Nick and Kris, took the value of my trade in and did some magic to make it in my budget with all the perks. It took a lot of phone calls and dedication but they made it happen. I couldn't ask for a better dealership. I am truly thankful!
My opinion of Dewey has changed greatly after swearing I would never do business there again. Sales, Financial, Accessories and mgt where tremendous. If you haven't been there for awhile, they are worth giving a look again
