Buying my new car was easy- Jordan helped talk me through all the models I was looking at and was patient in helping figure out finances until we found the right fit. The manager was willing to work with me to get the most out of my trade-in value. Took the car in for the first oil change and by the time I got home, something wasn't right. I will never buy from any dewey company ever again. Or take my car for any kind of service. The sales staff and finance people are total a- holes they treated me with no respect.
Dewey quit calling me. I sold my charger 2 years ago after I was conned into visiting your dealership with your representative saying you'll do what ever it takes to buy my car back. After severely low balling me, I went to Karl Chevrolet and got a better trade in deal and purchased a 2014 Silverado. Please STOP calling me. 5 calls in the past week is obsessive. You have lost a potential customer.
Was missled(lied to) about if warranty was going to cover alignment on my 52000$ 6 month old Ram! Then was charged for a rental car when I was told no charge! Very unhappy!
After about 5 months of listening to excuses and having phone calls ignored, I think I'm finally getting part what I was promised when I bought the truck. This is beyond ridiculous. Still have other things I found wrong with the truck which salesman just blew off.
I had a great experience with Dewey Jeep. They were respectful of a woman buyer and didn't try to talk me into things I didn't want or need. Everyone was great to work with.
Terrible service. Went I to see a particular vehicle. Salesmen spent 45 minutes looking for it then informed us it wasn't on the lot and he couldn't show it. He said he would call us as soon as it came out of detailing. He called twice in 24 hrs letting me know it was going to be on the lot the next morning. Went immediately there to look at it only to be told it sold before it ever came out of the detail shop. Baited us to come in knowing it was sold. Thanks for wasting my time. Won't be buying ANYTHING from you now.
I would like to thank Steve Sherman and the finance department for working so hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted at the price that we wanted. You guys did an awesome job and we are extremely happy with our new vehicle. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Frankly 5 stars are not enough for the job you guys did. Thanks again.
