Just bought a chrysler 200s. I for one have had a few bad experiences with car sales men. Talking to Alex Westra before going made everything easier but still nervous. As soon as my husband and I got there we were greeted and helped right away. Alex listened to what we were looking for and within our budget. Horrible Service..My husband had his 2010 Dodge Ram towed to the service department on 5/25. Was told it was 2 fuel injectors that need replaced to fix the truck. After they replaced the 2 fuel injectors the truck was doing the same thing. After they had the truck for over 2 months, they finally figured out it was a blown lift pump fuse. Our bill was $2,102.69 which they took down to $1,508.22. Extremely expensive fuse. Asked for the injectors back they took off the truck and they did not have them or ever offer them back. I would love to talk to someone about my current warrantee issues I'm having right now, it's been ongoing since January
Turn and run away from this place. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership since the time I bought my vehicles from here. I would never take my truck or van here to have service work done again or deal with these lying guys they have in the finance dept. don't trust any of them and after they have your money no customer service!!! To much more to say but to frustrated to type it.
They didn't hold the vehicle I was wanting to buy until my funds came in, then sold me the same version with less miles but had taken a beating. Dents and scraped paint, no detailing (or a very poor effort), supposed to have a remote starter but it doesn't work, found a quarter-sized crack right in the middle view of the driver on the windshield, and it took FOR EVER just to get the paperwork going...and we were buying the two vehicles outright. Our salesman worked his ass off, but the rest of the experience was ok, at best.
Just purchased a new Grand Cherokee. Great price. Great trade in value of our used vehicle. Great experience. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys. We love our new ride.
I got my Dodge Avenger here a couple years back and made the mistake of going somewhere else and getting something else but thank god they were able to help in a major way and I am now back to being a dewy dodge customer and got a jeep Cherokee today!!!!:) Justin Carter is definitely the salesmen to go to if you are looking for great service!!!!
