This place sucks. If I could give it a 0 I would. Truck has been in the shop for a week, the passed 5 days alone sitting waiting on a part. They don’t care about the customers whatsoever. Only what is best for them at their convenience. I’ve heard many say don’t deal with Dewey, and it couldn’t be more clear why.
You guys screwed me years ago... so I figured it was time for a review. Thanks for selling me the 18 month old wrangler with a hard and soft top, but "losing" many of the expensive soft top parts when I came to pick up the car. People you screw don't forget.
I just bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk for here. The staff was amazing. Even though the temperature was in the single digits, we were met nearly at our car by a sales rep who was very polite and professional. Shout out to Luis, our sales rep. You're the best man. Thanks for all the help! We already knew what vehicle we wanted, so there wasn't much shopping, but they brought the Jeep up and had it ready to test drive in no time. One star is being way to generous! I’ve been trying to get something fixed on my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan since September 2017. Been there twice. First visit, diagnosed and ordered part. Second visit, wrong part have to re-order. Since the second visit, I cannot get anyone to give me answers or call me back with answers, not Brian or Gary or Ben. Was very pleased with my initial service but when I followed up for “things promised” I was treated horribly and would never shop there again because of it. Their service department was the worst and they don’t care about anything once they have sent you out the door. Never NEVER again �
Im not happy. I bought a f-250 diesel used with low miles. I put 3000 down I bought a warranty for 3200. I have spent 4000 dollars out of my own pocket to fix this truck. I have had the truck for 8 months. Every time I ask for help they offer to pay for a small amount.. Who can I talk to from corporate?
My experience was amazing. I had been having car problems and to my Service rep, Tim McKenna, thought it was time to trade. He called sales and immediately a rep came to see if he could be of assistance. Told him what I was thinking and he said he had the perfect person. He was perfect. Tyler Blocker. So kind and helpful. Found what I wanted and delivered with a red bow. While signing papers he came in and delivered a choc bday cake as that day was my bday.
