Can't say enough good about the service I received today from the Dewey Service Department. Needed to get my jeep in to have a part replaced and stopped by to have them look at jeep to get part I needed ordered. They got me right in, and found that they had the part on-hand, so they replaced the part right away. Never had a dealership give me that fast and prompt service! Why do I give you a one? Because y’all are scammers. You don’t look out for the best interest of your customer considering the guy that sold me the damn car quit not too long after selling me my car. Sell me a vehicle knowing it’s shit and knowing the resale value is shit. All in all you are misleading and scammers, you don’t help people or watch out for their best interest. Excellent service, I got my 2016 Ford Fusion from here. Dan the sales guy was very helpful in helping me choose among the options I had in mind. He answered all my questions about the specific vehicle I was looking for. P.s I got the best price for my vehicle , I looked at similar cars at other dealerships and Dewey had the best price. I love my new vehicle.
