I hardly ever do this, but seriously!! I took my car in yesterday to have my passenger airbag replaced because of a recall. When they were done, they did a hood to tail inspection, well on the inspection list the first thing they wrote down was my left INSIDE blinker bulb was burnt out, so that tells me that when I turn left it shouldn't blink, well they were mistaken, because when I got in my car and put my blinker on to pull out of my spot, it worked very well. I had contacted them online about a used car I was interested in. Within the hour, CJ contacted me about setting up a time to look at it. I responded that we would be in the next morning. When we arrived, he had brought the car up, introduced himself, told us about the car, gave us a packet with the carfax, and we were on the way for a test drive. My truck water pumpwent out on 80 got towed in they got me in right away next morning but when I got the bill I found out they charge me for 5 hrs labor truck wasn't in the shop for much over 2 hrs and was charged $664 for labor on a water pump so be were to check your bill they will rip you off on labor.
Sales there is GREAT! But the service department needs work, took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Place was not busy either.
Alex Westra and Kris Stover did amazing at getting my fiance and myself into the new car of our dreams. We had some financial obstacles but they found a way to make it work. Very professional services. I will never shop for a jeep anywhere else! Thank you! Great staff, Great cars.

Went in pre-approved and ready to buy a car but they couldn't sell because they apparently sold to one of their other dealers. This wouldn't of been a problem if I had not already test drove the car and waited two hours to get a purchase agreement and then they try to make me finance through them. The sales guy was professional I didn't think he could do much about it. I won't be returning and I don't recommend.
Casey Nelson was great to work with when I went to buy my new Jeep! He gave me a great run through of all the features and knew a lot about what I was purchasing. He was easy to talk to and not pushy at all. Nothing can ruin an experience like a pushy salesman and I was really really happy with my experience!
