I had an amazing experience at Dewey!! Our salesman, Chris Tollari took the time to find out what we needed in a vehicle and never pressured us but instead took the time to find exactly what we needed in a used car that was inside our budget!! Toby in the finance department was super helpful as well, getting us a good rate on the loan.We will definitely come back to Dewey dodge and Chris for future vehicle needs!
Highly recommend! I just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with Eddie and Casey! Eddie was amazing he sat down with me and listened to what I wanted, we explored different options and we found exactly what I was looking for :) Casey sat in my vehicle with me and showed me how to navigate it (all the tech and options) he knows his stuff! Overall outstanding experience! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
Was amazing service from sales and financing. They worked there magic it was great service..
First let me start by saying that I would NOT recommend buying or servicing a vehicle here! They seem to have a very high turnover rate with employees and have yet to resolve any issues I've had from the start. The "quick lube" for oil changes is anything but quick, typically a 2-3 hour wait. I bought the car & Warranty there. The service department refused to look into why the check engine light is on and said, "We don't have the time or equipment. Your better off taking it to a Chevy Dealership." Seriously?! I met with Dustin May from a friend referral. He was AMAZING! I told him what I was looking for and he was patient with Me, and helped me with my purchase!!
I will NEVER go to this place again!!! They're only interest was ripping people off. The finance guy wouldn't take "no" for an answer and kept arguing. Shady people- shady business.
My salesman C.J. was the best. Very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone needing a car.
