I have been very disappointed with this company from the beginning & now my 2014 Journey is going into the shop for the 4th time. It has already had it's alternator replaced and a new "main chip" put in and a month later my radio is changing stations by itself, I have to push the button to start it more than once, and my battery light is back on. Overall, I had a great experience at Dewey Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. My sales associate Randy Wahl did a great job with providing me with quick answers to my questions and he was genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution for me and my wife. I was also impressed with the General Sales Manager Izzy's professionalism during the negotiation. I will be speaking to them again when I am ready for my next car.
