Terrible service!! They will do whatever they can to sell you a car but if there is something wrong then forget it!! They look out for number one after the sale. Plan on waiting a minimum of 4 hours while they investigate your vehicle and then they will tell you that you will have to pay for a loaner car out of your own pocket!! Dewey owners should be ashamed!!!
Let start by saying my wife and I purchased our grand cherokee here with all the hopes that the service would be good. Well...to start the vanity lamps and map/reading lamps didn't work, which we discovered the evening we took delivery...so starts the disaster. My wife brought it in, they said the dome lamp module was bad and ordered it. It came in quickly the next day so she had brought it back to install it. That didn't fix it. Bryan Lolyd, you tell me that you are gonna talk to your GM about getting me something for my inconvenience of waiting for a radio for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara sent numerous text messages and got one response, said he was going to check and never heard back from him. It is too bad that you have sales personal like this, try a different sales person if your going to purchase a vehicle from this establishment.

We have bought our last 3 vehicles at Dewey in Ankeny, and have had excellent service, great vehicles, and met wonderful people! Our most recent experience was just today; we took our Dodge Caliber in for service. Kind, compassionate people explained exactly what was wrong and how it can be fixed. Great value, and for me, a mom who does most of my driving with children in the car, safety and quality is very important to me. Thanks Dewey!
We were very pleased with the customer service and the way out salesman went above and beyond to find us what we wanted.
This place is full of lies! I was told I would be sent a 2nd key to my car and a check to have a dent fix on a car I bought from them. Well almost 3 months later no check, no key and the sales guy wont even email me back any more! The customer service here is an absolute joke and I will find every site possible to post my discussed with this place so everyone knows that they lie anyway they can just to sell you a car! Do not trust them! 0 stars should be an option!
