Will not support this business again. Bad service.
Husband bought Expedition over phone. We made a 5 hour drive to purchase. We were a little nervous as the deal was done totally over the phone. When we arrived we met the salesman and he was great!! This was the easiest transaction by far!! There were no hidden costs or pressuring for "extra" things. Had our own financing, easy paperwork at closing. Thank You Shane for making this so easy and well worth the trip!!
Do NOT buy a used car here! I was sold a certified pre-owned vehicle that was NOT safe and should NEVER have been on the road. After expressing concerns during the test drive with 3 witnesses present about a noise and being assured that they would check it and the vehicle was safe at the time of sale ("It's just the type of tires that make it louder"), I find out 8 months later that I've been driving around with 2 bad wheel bearings on an SUV that is 2 years old with less than 90K miles.
