Just bought an new Ram Rebel and had a great experience. Almir was our salesman and was great and knowledgeable with all the options on the truck and the rest of the the staff was great to. Will go back if in the market for another car and will recommend them to friends and family.
We heard the finance guy scream "no" when we asked for a little more on our trade to lower our payments. We already had preapproval through our current lender on the vehicle we were trading. It should have been an easy process with that part of the job already done. Instead, we walked. Should thank him, though. Went closer to home and bought TWO vehicles somewhere else. After a pretty rough experience with another Garff store on the purchase of my brand new car I was a little shakey about taking my car to get serviced at one. Called in because my battery had gone bad and had an appointment the same day. Told them I'd wait for it and through the whole process Adam came back and let me know what was going on and kept me updated. Overall a great experience and I'm glad to have my Dart serviced here in the future
Ryan was wonderful to work with. He made sure I knew everything about my new vehicle and showed me all the gadgets before I drove it home. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from him.
Thank you! They diagnosed an issue that has been plaguing our Jeep for months. Three other stations were unable to diagnose. Repairs were made quickly and properly, all while on vacation. A great team!
