I had the best car buying experience EVER! Last week I went in to just look at cars, but ended up buying a 2018 Dodge Journey! Francisco was hands down the most amazing salesman I’ve ever had. He hustled the whole time, literally, he was running through the car lot to go get different cars to bring to the front door for me. And I was never pressured into something I didn’t want. Sadly i have bought 2 previous jeeps from this dealership. Would love to trade for a new 2018 & tried but the service was HORRIBLE. I have never delt with such unprofessional behavior, from the lady salesman & the sales manager both. This was a easy deal for them but obviously they could care less. Do yourself & favor and go to Granger.
I bought my 09 Challenger there and still have it. Great deals and service is excellent. Bought my 2017 RAM Laramie there also. They have a lifelong customer with me Five stars ⭐️
I am singing their praises all over the place. Recap as I make a short story long. Just took Vehicle in for some warranty fixes and they discover some other items that could be fixed. I was preparing to pay what they had given me a heads up on when I went to pick the car up. Conclusion: They communicated well with me during the whole time they had the vehicle, they extended the normal loaner car and shuttle pick up offers. Here was the tipping point for me.
