Francisco was great! I’m happy to have had him help me. I purchased a car today under the impression that the dealership was negotiating price but upon discovery I realize I was charged the exact sticker price for the car and they didn’t budge on the price one dollar. They asked me to put more down payment down so I could be within my payment budget but I assumed that was because my APR was high when it turns out it was not it was 3%. Easy to deal with.
Bought a new power wagon, returned to have the extra installed, when I picked it up I noticed a seat belt clip was stolen... multiple phone calls to replace it have gone in returned.. sad that you have to strip your vehicle to take it to this dealer.. & worse they won’t take care of the issue.. thanks for nothing Mr. Chandler
