I purchased my 2013 Caravan in 2014 from Dewey Dodge in Ankeny. I started using their service department for my maintenance and oil changes. They have a terrific 3 oil change package! I just had the oil change today. The staff is professional and friendly. It is always a pleasure to do business with Dewey Dodge.

I had a recall on my van I took it to them and they got me in the next morning once there they took me to there lounge area where I sat and watched TV ate popcorn with butter just like at the movies and got bottled water. Coffee or hot chocolate * the time to fix it was about 2 hours so I could have had them take me somewhere but I chose to stay there 1 of the guys came and checked on me to see if I was ok or if I needed anything it was the best experience I have had at a car dealership thanks to all the guys at dewy in the ... read more
