I have only given one business a bad review in my entire life. I know how easily something can go wrong and try to be as understanding as possible. But there is no avoiding this one. Dewey Chrysler is not only refusing to honor their parts warranty, but they are accusing us of FORGING A REPAIR BILL ��. I mean.... wow. We’ve gotten the run around from them for two weeks and I have never in my life been be spoken to as disrespectfully as I have by their service manager this morning. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgable about the process. Mark and Anthony both did what they could to try to get me a better deal. Big dealership but you're not treated like just another number!
I would not recommend this company because I believe they are criminal. The first warning sign was at finance I was asked to buy the extended warranty. They pushed stating "because there are alot of problems with 4 wheel drive trucks." I heard a quiet tick in the motor that got louder after the oil was changed. The day I purchased the truck I asked the Salesman if he could hear a tick. He said, "I can tell you it's not the motor." I was sold a problematic truck, and they knew it.
