2011 BMW 535i 2007 Audi A4 2014 Mini Cooper S Hatchback I had 3 German cars brought to DESI. They will never take advantage of me being a woman! Honest service! Already had 5 of our-coworkers referred to this shop. As long as they continue to operate the way they are doing, I'll keep coming back and refer some more! I appreciate Sam for dropping me back to my daughter's home in heavy thunderstorm.
I took my Mercedes Benz CLK 550 to Shawn to figure out why I had water in my trunk. He was busy but still made the time to pull it in, put my car on a lift and check out the source. He did a few things told me a list of possibilities if it persists and gave me my car back...no charge! Amazing repair place I refer everyone to Shawn, his shop is truly legit.
I was looking to purchase 2014 Land-Range Rover Supercharged and inspection to ensure I am making educated decision on the vehicle. Sean not only provided good recommendations but inspected it thoroughly and gave me good discounts since I got three more German cars which are always repaired by Sean. Sean spends lots of time explaining the details to me and advise on what should be done and what can be wait.
Desi Auto Care is the first shop that I have ever given my loyalty. Shawn have great prices on maintenance, he is quick and effective in diagnosing my issues of the gear selector lever cannot be disengaged from the “P” position and warning sign shows in dashboard. I am not a “car person” and my description of the symptoms probably does not help much (or at all). My Jaguar XJ was acting up,a few times it would feel like the car was dying (No power). On my way to Desi Auto Care my car took a dump on me. I had it towed into the shop (So glad! I just renewed my AAA membership). As I arrived, I explained how my car dying on the freeway (Lose power), so he hooked it and found out my fuel pump went out. I called and spoke to Sean about a burnt smell and smoke being emitted from the engine compartment of my 2013 328i a couple of weeks ago. I was planning to schedule an appointment to bring my BMW in but after describing the symptoms to Sean he suggested that I bring the car by so he can take a look and see how serious it was then go from there. Two thumbs up! I have lived in multiple states and am always looking for someone to take care of my 8 years old (but still beloved) SAAB 9-7. These guys are real. Extremely personable (which can be hard to find in the auto repair industry) Shaun told me exactly what is needed for my engine oil leak (very dark-dirty leak!) and does whatever it takes to accommodate the customer. He earns the great reviews he receives.
These good technicians help me about suddenly acquired problem off my BMW 5-Series losing its left and right turn signals as well as it's hazard lights. I phoned the receptionist who was able to give me timely appointment. Some issues with my Audi A4 the oil light reminder was on, service engine soon was on and I was told by Audi dealership that my from left CV boot joint needed to be replaced, they're going to charge me fair and I would be paying $1240 When I got 2nd opinion from Desi Auto Care, Shawn looked at my car inside and out and could not find ANY issue wrong with it.
