Received a recall notice. Took my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta to the dealer. Of course! they also did FREE inspection to see if there was anything else wrong with my car. They sent me an email marked, " HIGH SEVERITY" with a video link of the service writer explaining what they had found. then called me with a quote of $3200+ to do the repairs. I was out of warranty for MINI COOPER and all of the pre scheduled services now had to be covered by me . I've been bringing my Mini here for a just over a year now. I had a big problem with the MINI driving on the Atlantic City Expressway where the oil chain tensioner broke and all the oil leaked out of the car. I had it towed to Desi. Shawn was able to take a look at it in the morning. A very fussy about my BMW X5 4.4 and have gone to them since I have found them. Last year they replaced my X5 transmission with 150,000 miles and knew where to get the best tranny, a year later it works perfect. This week they replace my timing chain with a 158,000 miles a required maintenance that is very detailed and time-consuming process. I picked up the X5 and the engine has never sounded so smooth! For example, the local VW dealer quoted me $100 to change a headlight (yeah that sucks, but you have to remove the bumper to change the light bulb on a Bug - WTF Volkswagen?). These guys did it for about half the dealer's price. See, honest. They are walking distance from the Lindenwold Railway Station, but there is an Enterprise nearby if you need rental wheels.

My Range Rover is out of warranty, so was a good excuse to find a service center other than the dealership. I'm so used to outrageous prices for anybody touching this vehicle (even when it was under the full warranty) it was refreshing to have comprehensive, pleasant service at a reasonable price. I caught up on a few things I have to put off due to what I thought was outrageous fees, full injection cleaning with cleaning which put the power back in my supercharged tank. Quite frankly I'm pleased with Sean, very accommodating and straight out honest and confident at what he does. If you're looking for decent pricing like me, try this place. I've been to a number of BMW dealers and German shops in NJ,PA. I know I finally found my best mechanics at DESI AUTO CARE! Repairs done: AC, Fuel pump, Window regulator and Grrrrrr... sound under engine. I drive a 2012 Mini cooper Countryman and was very excited to know that Desi Auto Care works on these. I've taken my mini in for major and minor things and I'm always very pleased with the service. The folks there are very professional and always make sure that I am taken care of. Everyone there is pretty much a badass. I recommend this place to anyone with a Mini or BMW.

I took our mercedes Banz S-550 here for a regular service and to have The backup alarm checked out. The backup alarm was not as loud as it had been before. It essentially was not audible and non-functional...VERY unsafe! I had it to Mercedes Benz of cherry Hill twice and was told: " That' s how it is. It can' t be adjusted." I had actually planned to stop in to schedule my '03 AUDI cigarette lighter to be repaired. Spoke with Shawn about not getting power and he suggested i leave the car for an hour. I was little apprehensive to do this fearing a return to a $500 bill, but i'm glad i did. Not only did Shawn fix the lighter but he also adjusted my washer jets.
