A quote from dealership to repair an oil leak around my cam sensors and replace the Cam Sensors for my MINI. They quoted me at $4200!! Thank God I found Desi Auto Care. Andrew quoted me for the same work and found problems with my front brake pads damaging my rotors because the wrong pads were installed by the dealership!!...All the work to include the initial Cam sensor and oil leak was done for $1170+ tax. I've taken my Porsche-Boxter for brake work and servicing and Desi has been great! Affordable and Porsche knowledgeable.. They've fixed other minor items for minimal cost and did not try to poke my eyes out. Unlike Porsche dealership in Cherry Hill I went to. Hopefully, my great experience continues with Desi Auto Care.
it's a very loud squeaking funny sound while driving to work. I took my 2010 Volkswagen Passat to DESI. Chris diagnosed the "issue" told me it was my alternator, and suggested that I fix a few other things. I approved the job on alternator, clutch fan and new drive belt. Got my car back all issues were resolved. They are "honest and care about their customers." ALWAYS!
The brake sensor went off on my Mercedes-Benz GLA 4Matic on a Friday, and the rotors where too rusted and needed replacement as well. Sam offered to get the parts in on same day & fix my car and have it ready on Saturday, so I wouldn't have to miss work. His employee dropped me back off at my house. The rotors ended up being different for my car, and more money for the parts, but Sam honored the quoted price he first gave me (which was very low). Highly recommend for integrity, workmanship, and customer service.
I took Mercedes AMG into Desi for long lists: brake rotors need to be replaced and the valve cover gaskets are leaking. Wear and tear items including spark plugs, belts, pulleys, wheel bearing repack, differential fluid change, transmission fluid change, front lower ball joints and much more....underbody panel were also hanging loose. Cost: VERY FAIR. All job done on time (Wednesday 5 pm) I recommend bringing your Benz here.
Sadly my Porsche suffered a catastrophic PDK transmission failure and stranded me on Rt 676 in Camden. AAA brought to DESI, Ryan who calmly assess the situation re-configured his service schedule to accommodate my Porsche and gave me a ride home. He was there at every step of the way negotiating with the extended warranty company, explaining the situation as the diagnosis changed, expediting parts delivery and ultimately delivering my 911 earlier than planned. Shawn was extremely helpful in getting my MINI Cooper (Red-my favorite) in quickly after blowing it's motor. He had the old motor out and new one installed same day including brake bleed. Pricing was completely fair and his communication was friendly. He treat me coffee and refreshments- I appreciate his gesture!
I was referred to this Desi auto care from a friend who owns Volvo. I went to them after I was told by Volvo dealer that my car had a “HUGE” rack & pinion leak (among more repairs) I brought it instead to Desi for a 2nd opinion. Ryan looked at my car for the “leak” and ran diagnostics. He reassured me that I did NOT have a leak and my Volvo S80 - T6 was fine.
