After being quoted $9,240 for a repair at Mercedes Benz-Phila, i went to Desi Auto Care on a referral from my doctor friend. Sam completed my repairs for just over $1,600. What a difference!! When I have had expensive repairs, the technician went over what absolutely needed to be done VS what could wait a short time. I will not trust anyone else to work on my Benz & Lexus.

In Aug, Shawn called with a quote to repair exhaust system in my BMW 640i x Drive and also to say he found a nail in the tire and that he will fixing it at no charge. Wow - awesome! I would most likely have had a flat and been stranded somewhere. When i get quotes I was shocked - not at the high prices, but at the "oh wow, that's not as bad as I was expecting" results. They're quick and do good work and they have a free refreshments and 2 years warranty on everything they do.

I started going here for regular maintenance routine on my '04 Land Rover Discovery when I moved out in Blackwood. Last time I went for brake issue, Andrew showed me that my brake pads were very much worn (Only 10% left) and changed them the same day. I also have been there for other major repairs and he always sticks to the estimate he have you sign when dropping the car off. There are never any hidden fees at the end.

Short story: my BENZ had a fuel pump failure that caused lot of issues. Sean could have easily took on the full job and charged me about $4000 to fix the issues, but instead he went out of way to help me get informed about a BENZ recall that I had no idea about. With Sean’s help (he contact the dealership for me) my car was taken into consideration by a Mercedes dealership and I saved $4300. Honest and helpful.

Something must be very good that I brought my car here for an oil change, wheel speed sensor and starter to replace. As promised, it was done while I waited and enjoyed free refreshments. Anthony made sure everything looked ok, turned off the annoying reminder light telling me it's time for maintenance and was done in time. I didn't think it was possible to make a German car repair such a pleasant experience. I will definitely return. Thank you!

2008 Saab 9-3 owner - First time customer. Had a tire wobble and a grinding noise coming from the back end of my Saab. Dropped it off, and later got a call from Sam letting me know that the lug nuts just needed tightening. Such as little thing , I was kicking myself for not checking myself. Picked my car up the next day and they did not charge me a penny. Totally surprised, but great move. Will be bringing my Saab back for any service in future. highly recommended!

Shawn is hands down the best Benz mechanic I've ever had. Prompt, honest, helps prioritize repairs. German cars are expensive to maintain - sometimes the work is costly, sometimes it's next to nothing (because of Shaun) - but he always takes the time to explain what is wrong, obtain my approval on repair or service, and show me what he did (old parts etc.) when I pick up the car.

Driving to Voorhees Township office my '11 MINI Countryman brakes were making noises with mirror issue. Shawn told me he would call me around noon, if there is any issue with the brakes and if so, would give me an estimate. He did exactly that. I received his call and to my surprise, the brakes were fine.
