Took my Jaguar to Desi Auto Care get a major oil leak fixed. The correct repair was made for a reasonable charge. Jaguars are highly complex British autos that are difficult to service and Desi Auto Care is up to the task. they also noticed a couple of side issues and dealt with them. A holistic approach to my car's health? Nice if your Jaguar is out of its warranty, this is the shop to go.

I just took my Land Rover Evoque to this shop for the first time. Bottom line, I would recommend this place to everyone. My car had an electrical problem which took an enormous amount of testing by the master technician. Throughout the three days that my car was in their hands, I was given daily updates. I want to give a big thanks to Sean, Andrew, and the the techs that work so hard on my car to diagnose the complicated electrical issue.

Scheduled a battery replacement and on the way to Desi Auto Care my 2008 BMW - M5 went nuts, throwing a ton of dashboard signs. I assumed it has something to do with the battery. Sean very quickly knew better - and found water in the trunk which had trashed a few control boxes. Smart guy!

I was told about Shauna shop from a mutual friend. Since my 2010 Volkswagen (Routan) is no longer under warranty, I took it to Shaun to have the brakeachecked and repaired. He replaced the rear rotors and pads for a price that I don't think could have matched anywhere, outside of doing it myself. The best part was he did it in what seemed like record time. I was impressed with is the cleanliness of his shop. That makes a world of difference to me. If you need automotive repairs, check him out. Tell him, that Craig sent you.

My Mini-Cooper Clubman radiator blew early morning on my way to job. I called Sam to see if he can squeeze me in. Luckily he has one cancellation. He ordered it for me, and had it delivered within 1.5 hours, and repair was done t a great price. A life saver for sure!

Andrew’s excellent diagnostics skills/test drives of my Mercedes E-class have helped to identify problems before they became significant. He is very knowledgeable and good at diagnosis. On numerous occasions/problems (ABS controller replacement, power front seat rebuilds) Andrew has found ways to either find less expensive solutions at costs well below what might have been offered by a dealer. I discovered Desi Auto Care in 2016. since then have been in several times for service on small and big repairs for my Audi 2008 A8 and would never go anywhere else. Shawn is a good troubleshooter, very straightforward and honest to deal with, and my car is always ready on time. good value, definitely not overpriced. He knows his FOUR RINGS. No complaints.

Had the Audi A8 break down on the Berlin road. Lame. Smoke was pouring out of the engine cavity, and I knew I was screwed. I was advised that i needed a water pump, a thernostat,and some radiator connections for the top and bottom. They threw in a new air filter while they were in there. Sam kept good contact with me regarding the updates. He told me about the decisions that had to be made, and good way of explaining the situation. Took my BMW Roadster Convertible first time for Engine leak an ordor issue. Was greeted by Leslie -was extremely nice and professional and took care of me quickly. After squeezing me an appointment the same day. Shawn got my car inspected and an assessment. Prices were reasonable and fair and he was both capable and personable.
