People who don't know European cars, trust this shop. Sean didn't know me from anyone else off the street and has been a wonderful person to deal with taking care of items that most shops would just turn away. Also, he happens to have a great BMW shop that has honest prices and helps you with whatever he can in getting the prices down. Appreciate all the professionalism and integrity, not to mention the expertise on European vehicles and skill. New Jersey's best!

For the MINI Cooper fuel leak, I needed a new fuel pump and sender unit, which they replaced in about 2 hrs, which normally is a 5 hr job for many shops. I saved lots of money on labor because he was willing to clean gasoline that leaked into my cabin, diagnose and fix a dead bulb, check/fill all fluids, and re-set my warning sign all for FREE because I was a student and tight with money. Desi Auto Care is a Godsend, and They don’t try to screw you on the parts.

I have posted a review before but I felt compelled to write one today because of the level of service that Sam provided. I had problem with electrical system and dark smoke in morning on my Q7 and brought it to Desi. He took a look at it and fixed it within 3 hrs. To top it off, he charge me very minor amount for the service. I am sure other German shops would have kept me waiting and charged me tool and nail. I'm a happy customer and will definitely come back.

Can't say enough good things about Sean. I trust him-period! (The most important thing) He does great Audi-work, quickly. I went to him with my old Q5 3.2 Quattro which he kept on the road for years, and now I'm to his shop with my 9 years old Benz!

The mechanics at Desi Auto Care are the Cream of the Corp. Shawn always does work on my Acura MDX. I had him change out my speciality performance-brakes and he (not even the delearship) figured out that the disks and pads need to be seated in prior to use. The last brake change cycle I had to deal with screaming brakes for the entire time, and was told by Dealer that this was probably normal for performance brakes. My father-in-law has been going here since few years and only trusts them to work on his Acura.

First time to Desi Auto Care yesterday. Very impressed and they did a good job in taking care of a very bad fluid leak and serious gas smell in cabin on my 2012 Acura RDX. Good people to do business with.

Jessica accommodated my schedule and Sean did a very thorough job. He emailed the results, went through everything carefully with me on the phone and spent a lot of time. He was honest and gave technical opinions without pressurizing me. This is a **GREAT** choice if you want a detailed evaluation of your JAGUAR. Estimates for repair costs sounded very reasonable.

I opted to pay for the all four brakes on the spot (FYI, they wear less expensive than it would have cost me to have a mobile mechanic come to my home and just inspect my 2015 BMW-M3. so I essentially was able to get a service my Bimmer needed for less than what it would have cost me for just an inspection) 5 star across the board!!

I was hesitant to come here at first. I've had so many bad experiences at auto shops. Being a young female makes you a prime target for up-selling vultures that have no regard for you but only your pockets. Shawn seems really honest. I went to BMW Mt. Laurel and they wanted to charge me $317 to change my front brake pads only. As a 2nd opinion Shawn's price was reasonable and he don't try and hammer you with things you need to get done. Will be coming back 100%
