Desi auto vare gets an A+! Brought my BMW 750i in because of a rough idle and a couple other repairs. Within 15 minutes of arriving Drew had taken my car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem, turns out I needed small tune up. His years of BMW experience and I was there driving smooth in no time. I wasn’t there for anything major and Leslie still put a smile oh my face. There’s nothing like having a affordable, experienced service shop you can really trust.

I decided to go with them to replace two sensors on 2009 Mercedes Benz. They got the parts in 3 hrs and install same day. Also they put a decent effort to install my alternator and all four brakes. I like to support local shops as much as possible. I feel that the repair was done professionally and am pleased with results. Thanks!

My Benz steering wheel was hard to turn. Soon as part came in they fixed it next day! As a mechanic/manager he is very personable, has passion for Mercedes brand, he keep cost down. My car is bow running smooth! Of course we hope not to have to see Sam because that means a broken Benz, but at least I have peace of mind knowing I have a great repair shop to take my car to that have a quality service and that won't run the prices up!

Sam was very considerate of my budget and was very patient with the fact that I'm a college student with limited budget. Desi Auto Care was a factor in deciding to get a Jaguar XF over other sports cars. There is no substitute for a great mechanic whom you can trust completely, as I do with these guys. Thanks a lot.

Volkswagen dealership told me that I had to change all 4 struts. he said "we will look into" and ask us to leave the car overnight. Leslie called me the next morning and said the struts didn't have to be changed and that they ordered necessary parts and it will be ready by tonight. I saved money and the struts are still the same old struts. if you're looking for an alternative to the dealer service department, give them a call. You will not regret.

When I call and told my name, immediately Leslie knows who I am already. The only recommendation I will give is, you need to call ahead of time for appointment, and they are super busy. I do recommend Desi to lots of friends. They use all original AUDI parts. Try call Audi dealer and get an estimate and call Desi for his estimate, and you tell me who is cheaper!

Finding an excellent repair shop for your second-hand, out-of-warranty Range Rover HSE can be quite daunting. On the other hand, finding extraordinary mechanic to care for your RR repair service and maintenance needs is an even greater challenge, Desi Auto Care is the answer. Front ball joints sway bars, few front end parts have been replaced and I'm happy with everything. I recommend.

At Walmart parking I got wheel to curb smack down. Car was pulling to left and all kinds of alarms on the dashboard of my Volvo XC90 went on. Car is still under warranty I brought it to Cherry Hill Volvo and initial $150 charge; they came back with an estimate over $7400 with major parts needed replacement. I was stunned! My neighbor has brought his car here and he concurred it was a good shop for Volvo repair. Shawn was great explaining what he would do and delivered. First let's talk price. The Land Rover dealer wanted wat too high for an oil change and lots of inspection items. Desi Auto Care was the lowest. He did not try to push any additional repairs and even changed my key battery at cost of the battery. I was always afraid to go somewhere else other than the dealer under lease and warranty but saving $770 was well worth the trip here. Friendly owner!
