Last week, I heard a distinct rattling noise coming from the front passenger door while driving at 40 mph speed. I decided to look for an independent MINI repair shop. When the power steering went out when I was leaving board-meeting. I called around to find a shop that worked on Land Rover’s that I could have the vehicle towed to. I spoke with Sam on the call. I left my LR overnight and dropped my key to Dropbox since they were closed at 8pm when I was able to get the Rover towed there. Technician was able to determine the cause of the problem was an O-RING and hose. I ended up paying mainly for labor as the location of the part needed lots of dismantling. After seeing a red warning sign on my Jaguar, I had my co-worker take a look at it and it turns out my XE needed a new alternator. Genuine OEM alternator was replaced and the red warning sign was gone. They’re not fishing for your wallet while discussing to you. Honest work and I’m all in on supporting family-run businesses that are this good.

I have had Desi Auto Care work on all my cars (including Mecedes Benz E-350) for years....the integrity and personal care goes beyond.........they stand behind their job. Now my Volkswagen job is completed by Desi. new Brakes, new tires, Engine oil seals/cam seals/timing & idler/serpentine belt, synthetic oil & filter, brake fluid flushed and engine checks to make sure fine quality job, my mind is resetting VW odometer to 000000 again! Happy trails to me.

Main purpose of my visit was to replacement of my BMW O2 sensor. I read bad stories about trying to do yourself break them loosen, use of liquid wrench, WD 40, butane torches, hammers, etc. This was way more than I can handle for this job. Doing all this I forgot the brand new sensor at house, and instead of him saying I come back another time, Lead mechanic did break it loosen for me so I can go home and replace by myself. He did not ask for any money! I like to give him 10 stars if I am allowed!

Gave Desi Auto Care a try. I wasn’t disappointed. Brought my old Audi Q5 for a transmission assessment because it was creating a grinding sound when I speed up. Chris knew there was a issue and get it fixed. Took a little longer than expected since he wasn’t satisfied with job unless it was fully satisfactory; but it was fixed and it drives perfect. 24 month warranty included - peace of mind! I’ve been driving it for 3 weeks now, with two long trips to Virginia and back. No problem whatsoever. I must recommend Desi!

In fact, when there is a problem they go above and beyond to make it correct. Any shop can give good service, but it takes an exceptionally great businessman to do what they did when a problem happens. 10/10 I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs BMW or MINI service.
