Strange happenings while travelling on Route 561 - engine seems to cut off for a seconds, headlight will dim/bright, and vipers starts by themselves...feels like a Halloween inside of my Volkswagen! I was looking for a new Porsche 911 mechanic after visiting a couple frogs. I'm lucky to found Desi Auto Care. My experience: I was on the road and my radiator fan was vibrating. Out of nowhere it's shattered. Being that I was close to my sister's home, I managed to drive it safely to her driveway, and noticed a puddle oil on her driveway. A knocking noise on my SAAB 9-3 while turning and banging noise when I driving on rough roads in the front suspension. Ryan informed me; this type of noise is commonly caused by a front strut thrust bearing damaged due to water intrusion. I made an appointment for repair, car was ready on time as he promise. He even let me see the repair job he was performing in garage. Very transparent shop!
My car: '12 Mini Cooper S Coupe Miles: 55k Miles Here is laundry list: Coolant temperature sensor, signal mostly stuck at low. Fuel tank ventilation system and purge air system, oil leak, coolant temperature from engine, needs new brake bulb, faulty directional indicator and trunk door don't open. Andrew sure made us happy when everything was done; car now feels like a brand new. We still have a dealership quotes, but Andrew saved us almost 60%. We treat lunch for everyone at shop. Suddenly turn signals stopped working on my favorite 9 years old Land (Range) Rover. Rachel give me an appointment for Friday. after diagnose Mike told me there was a two issues (1) faulty turn signal switch (2) electrical short. He orders the parts and I was back on the road within time. Thank you guys for being totally super fantastic specialist repair shop.
We have used Desi Auto Care in the past at their White Horse Pike location and they're wonderful. Michael has worked on my Audi and my brothers Land Rover.He helped me two times and didn't even charge for the small fix. I took my Audi A4 in Tuesday because it is now out of warranty. Oh well!! Michael found out what was wrong with it. Audi has extended the warranty and he told me, to take it to the dealership and get it fixed for free. I'm sure no other shop will do this kind of honest service
I’m having issue with DSC/ABS light. I searched online and found out the most common reason on ‘03 BMW 330i for this light is a failed ABS wheel sensor. I brought car to Michael and expecting to pay $150 for failed sensor. What did Michael do? He cleared the issue by adding more brake fluid (because it was low) it’s cost me $22. An honest technician! Who would have thought! He did some exhaust work also on my BMW which he performed to an enthusiast’s standard.

Sean and his awesome team have done nothing but excellent work on my 2002 Jaguar XK8. They have the knowledge and ability, but more than that you can tell they have a passion and love for the Jaguar. I recently took mine in for tires, engine mounts, bushings and more...and for the first time ever, I left a repair shop feeling like I got great value for money.
