i found DESI (The Acura Specialists) on Google. I decided to call as my ACURA was making a Very loud rattling sound. Also my battery just died. I was worried I'd have toi replace my alternator. So I called and spoke to Shawn. He was very professional when setting up the appointment. I took it in and after diagnosing it they showed me what they found 1. My water Pump needs to be replaced 2. I actually didn't get any work done, but that's why I'm writing this. Desi Auto Care is SUBARU Specialist . When he looked at my 2007 Subaru, the repairs needed were so expensive that he actually talked me out of spending that much money on the car. Remember , he fixes cars for living. I seen parking lot and all six garage bays full with cars, That speaks itself of shop's reputation. I can praise all day long to his honesty and integrity....

Since few days brakes making noise, and now my 2008 Acura-TL engine light came on and I had AAA towed to DESI. They called me back after a couple of hours and told me to call the last place I had the repair done at to see if the repair they did is under warranty and have them fix problem. Sam is truly honest bcoz he could have taken from me some $$$ Sean-Master Tech. also said my brakes were fine and didn't need replacing. Went here a few months ago and forgot to write this review (what??). I needed a routine tire rotation, spin balance and needed the brakes checked for my '06 LX-470 Lexus. My stepdad was a mechanic for over 26 years, so any work that I need done comes with a full background of price for for parts and labor as well as mechanics time required for the repair. Obviously, this was not a major repair but they were right in line with the price and got me in quickly. They're specialized in Lexus (in case if you want to go)

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Skip the dealerships, skip the sketchy mechanic shops, and bring your car here. Rock bottom prices, top notch quality, and mechanics you can trust. My man Shawne (spelling?) hooked me up with a PCV Valve in less than 24 hours when most places couldn't get it to me in a few days. Oh and by the way, it was LE$$ than dealerships quote price on the valve, and I went with the OEM option (top recommended). Beginning of the story...... Heat stop working and all kind warning signs pop ups on my dashboard. His depth knowledge of Benz , he saved me amount worth of my one month mortgage. If you have a Mercedes problem and need a trust worthy diagnosis, BRING YOUR MERCEDES BENZ TO THESE SPECIALIST REPAIR SHOP End of the story.

Biggggg Thanks! You folks saved our Christmas vacation! We drove to Philadelphia area from West Virginia and on the way down our 10 years old Mercedes R350 started having problems. Googled and found Desi Auto Care they quickly diagnosed the problems (Transfer case went bad) Desi's Master Tech. found a slightly used transfer case at $ 1/3 price of new one and got it in next day and worked very late evening to get it done before we needed to drive back to our vacation places.

What a find! I've had European cars for over 27 years and theae folks are the best technicians I've ever come across. When my beloved AUDI 2.7 turbo started running rough and losing power my local mechanic was stumed. He suggested brining it to the Audi dealership. Instead I brought it the Desi and the crew in Stratford. The issues were complicated however they done the magic. The car now runs like it's brand-new. It was well worth the trip from Bordentown.

Audi repair is never enjoyable but... Desi (Dedicated European specialists Inc) Auto Care reduce the pain with straight forward approach. He diagnosed issue with our 2.0T Audi's engine that should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty. While he did not perform repair work, in this case his insight was critical to our negotiations with Audi corporate through the dealership with a favorable outcome. From now on this will be "MY" repair shop
