Took my car to a Jaguar dealer center and they quoted me $5300 in repairs to replace computer modules etc....(Long list...) When I bring my Jaguar to DESI auto they were able to clean a sensor and fix the problem for $40. Not a fancy place like a dealer but team of smart mechanics.
These guys always take care of my Volkswagen Passat (2009) Sam is friendly and lets you know details of any problems they find versus the dealership just throw numbers at you. This time i went there for brakes and he told me all the wear only on both front and did not try to sell me on all 4 brakes when only 2 were needed. Also i have replced water pump and belt. Gem in Camden County! That's all there is to it. Best car repair experience i have ever had. My '09 VOLVO S60 they took this car from limping into the repair shop back to the performance it had when i bought it in 2009. This team of Volvo mechanics Rockkks!
Shawn is the 3rd generation tech from his technician-family. I'm JAGUAR Supercharged XJR owner here. Heard some funny noises coming from the front. Thought it was the engine. Turns out it was nothing bad at all, and it took Shawn all of 2 minutes driving it to figure it out, than he fixed it. He is the JAGUAR whisperer. My car has never been running smoother and he's taught me a lot. Honest, good prices and will tell you how it is and helped me with a wheel issue i was having.
Desi Auto Care is the ROCK STAR of customer service and integrity. I own a 2011 Lexus and Sean @ Desi Auto Care was able to diagnose and fix a problem that Lexus Dealership could not even do, or wouldn't.
This saying created by my friend " if you own a Land Rover, you better be friends with a Desi Auto Care " Sean and his crew are just cool ! I took my Land Rover in for a dash light reset, and subsequently got their opinions on an engine issue I had recently. My JAGUAR (2012 XJ LUX) never graces the dealership since the cost associated is typically high and I never feel like I truly belong. However an intermittent restricted performance and the need for a transmission flush led me to Desi Auto Care. They were so nice to deal with and gave me an amazing quote on the flush. They knows what they're doing and always delivers on-time and on-estimate. DESI's prices for parts and labor are usually 50% below what the dealers price since they don't have the overhead costs. Quality work- They can do routine maintenance or just about anything else. i trust this shop and will continue coming here. So glad to found this VOLVO specialist place! Wow! I must say I have never been more impressed with service than I was here at Desi Auto care - The Infiniti experts. I spoke with Shawn regarding having my rear axles serviced on my Infiniti G35. Not only he is knowledgeable regarding the Infiniti but he took the time to answer long list of my questions. As soon as the service was completed (65% less than the price quoted by dealer) Dealer said it would take 5 hours each rear axle. Shawn told me 2 hours for both axles.
