I ordered a strawberry shortcake over the phone & paid in full so I could go in & pick up. I'm aware of the high volume of the store & was made aware of the kiosk system they now have that I might add is not efficiently operating in my opinion. Nevertheless I waited for over 45 minutes to pick up my order & that's unacceptable

I'm a loyal customer...I go in usually with the same order 2 slices of strawberry shortcake 1lb of Oreo cookies and glazed donuts..My order is always on point.. I tried the lemon filled donuts once they were doughy but that, the lonnnnnng wait and the fact they dont have a price list is annoying...What happens is staff gets annoyed when you ask " how much" ...

I visited Denise's Delicacies yesterday afternoon and was quite pleased with the new look!!! Unfortunately, I had an hour+ long wait and was frustrated that there was no visible menu / price list. Three employees - NyKeisha (sp?), Tanya and I did not get the other employee's name - were exemplary! They greeted each customer with a smile and were very cordial! NyKeisha, specifically, went above and beyond the call of duty and showcased excellent customer service!
Always a good experience, you know when there's a line good things are there. Fresh and delicious.
My first time ever tasting your product. And I was very pleased with it. My husband went gaga over your sweet potatoe pie. And I loved your cake. Will say the lady was alil unfriendly at first but when I was paying we had to laugh at the fact that me and my friend ended up paying exactly the same amount for different things. All in all you have a new faithful customer.
