Always crowded but sooooo worth waiting for. Their new Kiosk system does move the line faster than before. I purchased a half sheet pound cake. Everyone loved my birthday cake! It is one of the true POUND CAKE flavor, taste & density. Thanks you Denise’s
I think that they should’ve built the store a little bit bigger n hiring more employees because the line and the crowd is ridiculous I don’t even go in here as much no more because of the krazy long lines smh 🤦♀️ But I guess the city of Philadelphia will get used to it
They take EXTREMELY TO LONG!! in line for about 45 minutes two people working out front she takes a few numbers for pick up orders only no other purchases and that alone took about 30 minutes the service is horrible! Needs improvement for sure! & not to mention nasty to the customers when we are patronizing the establishment definitely needs change took nearly an hour for just a pick up for a cake
All I want to know is why does it take so long to get service in this store.. as of right now I've been standing here for 25 minute I have to number 208 when I walked in they was on 201 please tell me why why why does it take so long for ppl to get served... asking for myself I love this store and the cakes and pie but when it comes to getting the ppl in and out this really need to be worked on...with 4 ppl at the counter working
My cake for my baby shower turned out perfect and taste even better!! Still Tryna hold of to the last piece �� lol #WillBeBack
I had a custom cake made from Denise's the cake cake out amazing and it taste as good as it looked. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone who needs a cake done.
