As always Denise’s cakes are delicious but the service is horrible.., my sisters 110$ baby shower cake was paid for, I just had to pick it up. Got there around 1:30 and didn’t leave out with her cake until 2:45 pm. Smh she needs to get better with the service because it sucks big time also the nasty attitudes from her workers. NOT COOL. I can’t give you 5 stars.
Fantastic bakery, always stop in when in the city!
Hurts me to my heart to say this but I will never go there again! What good is the food if you get treated like trash by the staff? The spelling on my cake was wrong and was done so out of spite! I was over changed for a cake as well, this was laughed and talked about all with in ear shot of me. All because I mentioned that a cake had imperfections on it and I wish to purchase a different one. A long time customer was lost today and I’m taking my family members with me.
I love Denise's Bakery but I was a little upset on my birthday with my children tried to get me a birthday cake with no sugar they did not know we have to order a week in advance so I had no cake for my birthday. So better luck next year
