I grew up on this store and never had a problem with them until now my sister ordered my baby shower cake from there earlier this month and when we got it the cake was all messed up and falling apart like I said this was the first time I ever had a problem from them I love there stuff and was very excited to have my shower cake from there because they do such a good job but this was not a good experience I still have the whole cake sitting in my refrigerator till this day cause I didn't know what to do with it and don't want... read more

We traveled from Virginia for a family reunion and all my son talked about was getting a Cream Cheese Cake. We were so excited to hear that my mother ordered a Cream Cheese Pound Cake for my dad's birthday. Cake was good but my parents felt like it wasn't as moist as it usually was. My son loved it!
Desserts are very good however the high volumes & wait times is ridiculous!! Even if called ahead. None the less the customer service once serviced is good but the wait is what will turn you away.
U gotta have some Denise' s Delicacies in ur life.
The best pound cake anywhere, that is the reason for the longgggg lines! I love the cupcakes, pastry,cookies, chocolate panache,cinnamon buns, mostly everything.It is organized. Prices are reasonable! Even in the beginning of the week there are long lines.THERE IS NO BAKERY LIKE IT! Bring money for the meter!
