I had nice Customer service, no problems. The cookies I got was very good but didn't care for the cheese cake much, too thick and strawberry shortcake was okay. No bad reviews. I did have to stand in line for a minute, just after having a c section and tubes tied about two weeks ago but wanted something sweet.
Love this place been going there for over 26 years glad to see they are back the only thing I don't like is the long lines & wait but hey when u good u good

I love your cake and cookies but you should have the pricing of your items here also , that way you know in advance what you want and how much . I tried to call many times but I was told to leave a voicemail .
I was just in there today and I'm sad to say I didn't like the experience. After standing in line for 20 minutes which is to be expected as the product is AMAZING...however the customer service is going to be the undoing of this business. I had a very rude young woman that waited on me and while she was preparing my order after we exchanged words on what type of cookies I wanted as NOTHING in the store was labeled.
