However I stopped going about a year before the incident happened because the customer service skills of your staff were horrible. I ordered a pocketbook cake frome there about 4yrs ago. I put the down payment on it about 1 week before. When I came to pick it up the owner gave the cake to me for Free because there were tiny bubbles on it and they were not completely satisfied with the outcome of the cake. We could not even tell but they could. They truly stand by their work.
I love Denise's we trust no other bakery since they been close our party's an family function haven't been the same without Denise's cakes can't wait for the re grand opening are,they still located at the same address
