The product was great that's why I used to save my lunch money to get strawberry short cake after school.....but the customer service....ughh....I went to pick up a cake for my nephew but there was noooooo parking fir blocks. It was close to closing and I have my 5 week old baby with me. Because I parked so far away the security guard said that if I left to pull my car in front of the building he was not letting me back in....none of the staff would assist me. Best quality birthday, Anniversary, Wedding and Etc. cakes around in the city. Acme, Giant Food Stores, Thiftway, Superfresh, Aldi & Fresh Grocer don't got shit on Denise's
Cakes are great but poor customer service! I hope new staff is hired for the new opening!
