The customer service is horrible the time that I have come in I experienced bad attitudes, females scratching their weaves and not washing their hands after they’ve done so and moves slow

I recently visited and purchased some red velvet cookies. The cookies were delicious! They were so soft! I also purchased my daughter a birthday cake it was delicious as well and the service was great! Will definitely visit again when in Philly!

Everytime I go to Denise, your cinnamon buns with raisins are burn on the bottom and hard. What happened???
I stopped by the other day to pick up some cupcakes for myself in the kids. I was in line for 45 minutes before I walked out. I'll continue going to Oteri's. You try to support minority businesses but there always seems to be a problem. You have two people working in a line out the door which isn't fair to your customers to stand in line for that long period of time. Customer service needs to get better and they need to figure out a way to get people in and out
