Now that I need their help with an issue I've been given the old corporate "run around" with nobody actually willing to help me. Unbelievably disappointed in this dealership as I thought they were the good guys, and now I see they're just another business that takes your money and disappears when you have a problem.
I love this place. All the employees are so very helpful and very accommodating to our services. This place will be the only place my husband and I will get our cars from. When you experience the best, why go anywhere else!!! Love Sal Pilato and Casey Flaherty who are like my family. 👍😘😎
Dealership good but service center horrible. They don't listen at all.
The last two years that I’ve been living in Florida, I have my car serviced at Delray Honda. The loose on my car was up and I went in yesterday to lease a new car, my sales person was Norman Meisenberg. Norman made my time at Honda run smoothly. From beginning to end, I was there for only three hours which is record timing in choosing a car and doing all the paperwork so that to me was excellent timing. Casey Flaherty and Franky Lena and the others at Delray Honda get five stars from me. They have really elevated the buying experience from what is often considered painful to something very helpful and positive. I heartily recommend this dealership!
Terrible service. Went for an oil change ($110) and was told that it would be an hour or so as they had to check the tire pressure warning light again (5th time since I bought it). Two hours and fifteen minutes later I go to find out what's taking so long and it's sitting there done. Not just got there sitting there, been sitting there, sitting there. Ridiculous that NO ONE came and said "your car is done" I'm done with delray Honda no service department.
