Very dishonest which is sad because having been a repeat customer, I have recently had a bad experience which will be the reason I will not be doing business with Delray Honda. Having referred your dealership to friends and most recently a family member has proven to be a mistake. As an owner of a Honda I now need to travel to another dealership out of my neighborhood to obtain the service that I have on my vehicle. Service that was misleadingly sold to me.
Jim was beyond a pleasure to deal with and the experience with the entire staff was phenomenal.
We just bought a Certified Pre-owned 2016 Honda Civic there that we found online through the Allstate Car Buying Program. Zack Coker helped us and we did everything over the phone (we live 300 miles away). Zack did a great job and we would do it that way again because it was a quick and easy process! He met us half way with the car. Great service!
