I had a bad experience, I bought a car which they sold me with two bend wheels. When I left the dealership it had a vibration. I had a emergency and had nothing else to go in but the car. I went back to the dealership and they don’t want to help me they want me to buy the wheels which are 1,365 per wheel. Spoke with Jairo on the phone and negotiated on a vehicle. He says I should come in so he may be able to make the numbers I need (We were close). I go to Delray Honda to waste 2 hours. Jairo comes and starts all over for the negotiation. I reminded him our conversation. He says " YOU ARE LYING". Never heard a sales person telling a client "YOU ARE LYING" He also said that he recorded my phone call (to his cell phone) without my consent. There are many other Honda Dealers around. Was at DelRay honda today. They refused to wear a mask even when I asked them. There is absolutely no hand sanitizer. They said they have a sink in the bathroom. That is enough and that came from the manager. If you wanna go to a place that is not safe come to Delray Honda. If you wanna go where the staff as rude come to Delray Honda. Delray Honda makes dreams happen! We could not have been happier with our experience during our car purchase. They made it seem less and had the best rates for financing. Marvin the salesman there at Delray, was very knowledgeable and patient during our shopping for the car. Highly recommend this dealership to purchase a car.

Delray Honda prides itself on costumer service. Too bad they don't practice it. In a pandemic they fail badly. I asked Alisa at the front desk if she could put on a mask which I had plenty of in my hand. Her responsewas Delray beach said I don 'thave to wear one. Great customer service. They have zero hand sanitizer. They said they have a sink in the bathroom(who knows if they use it). I felt very unsafe and dirty in the dealership. after all the effort we are all doing due to this pandemic, many employees that are especially in contact with people don't wear a mask (most of the costumers do) if they can't do something so simple and visible i wonder if they wash their hands,etc.
