I came in to look at the HR-Vs and fell in love with it. My sales person Lucy was awesome! She really went the extra mile to make my experience well worth the 17 miles I had to drive to the dealership. My whole car shopping experience was completed in less then 1 hour and I was out of my old car and in a new 2018 HR-V. When my lease is up I will be back!

went for first service. had warranty issue and auto came out worse than it went in. I complained via on line response to an email sent to me asking about my experience. got no response from delray Honda. when I called to follow up, my issue was addressed by a free oil change. rework should be offered. I made several attempts to contact via internet, however I find that no one at delray Honda responds to internet responses. I also found delray Honda to be very sneaky in the finance department.
