Terrible service. The sales manager does not really care about feedback and his customers. He was ride and arrogant and didn't try to understand the problem. He said there was no way the sales person didn't explain it (called me a lier?) They sold a warranty I do not need without explaining properly. Paul Susca was a huge help from the beginning. Previously, I had an awful, unprofessional experience at another local dealership. What a breath of fresh air to meet Paul! He was friendly, very knowledgable, honest and very helpful. Would highly recommend him! We love our new vehicle! Also, wanted to include that Gary Robinson was very thorough with the paperwork, his sense of humor was awesome and he’s great at his job. I went to get my mother-in-law's car serviced, she has the service fee included in the monthly lease payment. Rep at the service counter told me the 30,000 miles service is not covered by the plan, which later I learned was total BS. Nice way to get $600 out of a 91 year old woman. Never again will I bring the car to be serviced there.
I got a Honda Accord EX at Honda Delray, I'm extremely happy with my car and the attention I got. I highly recommend this dealer, My sales person was awesome and everyone that made my sale happen was great. the manager to the gentleman in the financial office was great, Cristhian went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right car I was most comfortable with. My wife and I leased a car from Delray Honda a few years ago. We would like to lease another vehicle and for the past 6 days, I have been trying to get in touch with Earl Navarra (New Car Director) or Mr. Flaherty (The GM), but no one calls us back. Someone from the sales team did contact me and gave us a quote that was significantly higher (more than $200) than Honda is currently advertising leases for on their website.
Just purchased my car from Delray Honda. Great group of guys, specially Mr. Gay and Samuel Pola. The entire experience was perfect, from the test drive to signing the papers at the finance manager’s office. I would highly recommend Delray Honda!
