Overall getting my new 2017 Honda Accord sport was a great experience. It took all day but only because I had to register my car in FL and get new insurance. Other than that Juan my car salesman was awesome and caring the whole time. Thank you Honda!!
This is the second Honda I've bought from Delray Honda (formerly Sherwood Honda). Their new facility is immaculate and provides a comfortable setting. The sale process went very smooth. I requested a quote online. I was called within an hour. I test drove the car I liked (Honda HR-V). I bought it that day. I only had to deal with the salesperson (Carlos O) and the finance officer. Worked out a deal on the telephone, got pre-approved. I live in Miami told them I would be there in a hour seeing how I live 50 miles away. When I arrived someone was taking the car for a test drive and they sold it. Beware of traveling to this dealership they may sell the car while you are doing there. The salesman knew I was coming and I worked out the deal with the sales manager, inexcusable.
I cannot even stress enough what a great experience we had at delray honda last week buying our car! We went just to look at a van we'd seen online and our sales person was Zach. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't make us feel pressured at all. We had some questions so he brought out the manager, Todd, who was also super nice, helpful and no pressure at all. Horrible customer service. Manager stepped in to negotiate a deal, ended up raising his voice at us consistently. Was very aggressive and loud when it came to trying to make a deal. He kept on stressing small irrelevant facts and acted like he knew everything. Very arrogant and shows the kind of employees at Delray Honda. Never going back there again.
