very disappointed with sales (salesman would call from his private phone near midnight and often confuse me with another prospective buyer) and the lack of responsiveness all around after purchasing a vehicle nearly 5 months ago. we are still chasing down the $3K refund for the extended warrantee purchased and cancelled within days of buying the car. repeated calls and emails with no response from Delray Honda. cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I have been leasing Hondas since 1999. This was, by far, the easiest experience I have had. Carlos Orejuela and Jason, his manager, were great. Sam, the finance manager, as well. No head games. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen without the nonsense of "good cop" "bad cop" shenanigans. I will be back. #god-bless-shenanigan-free-car-dealerships
I recently had to get some work done to my 07 civic. I brought it to Delray Honda and was greeted by the sweetest, most professional young lady. Her name is Katleen Willis, she treated me so good and worked very hard to get my car right without selling me unnecessary repairs. She called me every step of the way, about every bolt or nut they were going to fix. She was a ball of energy and passionate about her job.
