Poor customer service. My wife had turned in her Toyota lease and got a Honda lease. When we turned our car keys in and the car was returned to Toyota a key went missing. We paid the missing key fee to avoid collections. When we asked about reimbursement for the missing key our claim was denied by Honda for their mistake. Have no reason to go back to this dealership. They say they want to keep customers but I see no evidence of this here.
picked up my 2018 CRV-EX, John Kane made the "painful" car buying experience almost pain free (the pain is car payments again after 10 years). After my 1st meeting, walked away with detailed sheet of cost of car - drive off the lot cost. I researched and decided on small SUV, one local dealership "was very dismissive" and I walked out. 2nd local dealer sales person provided me sticker price, and when I had additional questions, never returned phone call/email.
