RecommendedWe were here twice in two days for my daughter who has never been in a hospital before. Rachel was her nurse this past Wednesday and John was our nurse on Friday. Both are such genuine and compassionate for both my daughter and I. They were both so kind and attentive. Today we left with a lot of answer, a lot of help and I am forever grateful for their help. They genuinely made our experience as pleasant as it could be. It takes a special person to be a nurse and to work with kids. Thank you again for all of your help.

Our Easter and Easter, Realtors “Easter Bunny” made his 4th annual visit today at Ronald McDonald House and Dell Children’s Hospital! We are very honored for being invited back every year🐇♥️
There will never be enough thanks we can give to the staff here! Our new baby caught RSV and was transported to Dell. It was the longest 16 days of our lives, but everyone from the air transport team, icu, imc, and floor were so kind and willing to help. We are a military family and our closest family is 30 hours away. Thank you to all the staff from the doctors to the housekeeping staff for your support during such a trying time.
Don’t recommend it! & very disappointed!! There is no communication between doctors and nurses. My son always goes to the 4South due to seizures and was not getting the right care he needed!! Plus was given too much medicine to the point that he was not able to walk,play,eat and due everything a 2 year old does!! They just apologized! And that is unacceptable!!!!
We have been at Dell Children’s Medical Center for 2 1/2 days. The entire staff here is top notch. The care my granddaughter Cailiegh has received has been exceptional. A special Thank You to the 3 Central Team for being so attentive, kind & caring to my granddaughter, her Mommy & this Nana.

I have had such a bad experience with this hospital that I am currently trying to switch my 2 year olds care to a different location outside of Austin. This is quite long but this is our personal experience here and I just want other parents to be informed. My 2 year old son has been here twice to get a routine MRI done and to have surgery. My 4 month old baby had open heart surgery at DCMC, we spend 6 weeks in the IMC. The IMC staff are the best! There is no words that can describe our gratitude for the nurses and cardiac team. They always went on and beyond in whatever we needed for our son and ourselves. If something did not seem right, they will take my opinion into consideration and make me feel confident of what they where doing.
