My son and I have been here for 45 min waiting to get seen. And 10 to 15 others have gotten here after and got seen before him. And when I asked why they said bc there where no rooms available. This is not right my son can not stop coughing nor can't he stop throwing up!!! This is not okay.
Dr. Forbs is not qualified for the job she has at Dell Childrens hospital. She has not gone through the fellowship program to be properly trained in diagnosing child abuse, this is evident by the harm she has inflicted on my family personally. Dell children’s my family is so thankful for you!! Amazing staff, nurses and doctor. My son was seen on Easter for an eye injury that on this last Friday Austin Regional clinic said was allergies, very disappointed with ARC! ! Today dell children’s went above and beyond to check my baby boys eye and treated him as if he was their own. Thank you dell children’s for all that you do! He is feeling so much better, and loves all of his Easter goodies. Can’t thank you enough for the outstanding work y’all do!
