A special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at #dellchildrenshospital for their spectacular care! They got us back immediately, managed my son's pain well, and were very gentle and kind. While I'm not looking forward to our next ED visit, I feel better knowing there are such great people to care for the boys.

As much as I hate having to be in a hospital with my newborn, I love how much Dell Children's tries to make the experience the best it can possibly be. The nursing staff in particular is full of sweet, loving people who go out of their way to make sure we are all taken care of, not just my baby. They also go out of their way to make sure you are fully involved and understand what's going on. My daughter's asthma got out of hand at 1 AM this week and we were not looking forward to a visit ER because we were exhausted and feared the worst. But, everyone, I mean everyone..was helpful, kind, focused, sincere...just more than awesome to us. God bless this hospital and all they do!
I was so impressed with Dell Children's. My son broke his arm and we were in and out of there in less than 3 hours. The staff was amazing and on point. We are lucky to have such a great facility in Austin.
From the time we walked into the emergency room until the day my son was discharged we received nothing but super service! The nurses in the ER room were great especially Miss Christina! The doctors and all of the nurse is on the 3rd floor were awesome my experience here was great I have not one single complaint they took the time to find out my son's diagnosis didn't rush through it just to send us home and I truly appreciate that!
