Haven’t even seen the doctor for my child’s cancer yet and have received about 20 phone calls asking for payment of 13000 dollars and or good faith payment for scans I can’t afford. They are literally turning us away at the doors, I have to say this should be illegal.

The people here are what make it so special. Over the last 4.5 years my daughter has had several orthopedic surgeries. The amount of staff that they have cut is very sad and really stood out to us our May and July 2018 visits. There use to be so many hands to help. Our sweet nurses were stretched so thin. When our daughter’s IV pump alarm went off it took 20 minutes to get someone because the halls were empty. Every staff member was being used in other rooms.
